Where the fee goes.
Every $POKEPACKS trade pays a 3% creator fee in CARDS, the Collector Crypt token. The creator wallet claims it and splits it three ways. Half goes to the Pack Vault, which buys the packs.

How the pot is counted
The pot is what the next buy spends: the packs share of the fees nobody has claimed yet, plus the USDC in the Pack Vault. The Pack Vault only ever holds pack money, so all of its USDC counts. The liquidity and ops shares stay in the creator wallet and never count.
The site reads both from Solana every 15 seconds and values CARDS at the Jupiter price.
The swap
Collector Crypt sells packs for USDC and the fees arrive in CARDS. At 20:15 UTC the operator claims the fees in the creator wallet, swaps the packs share to USDC on Jupiter and sends it to the Pack Vault. The Pack Vault buys whole packs. What is left under one pack waits for the next day.
The pot is counted in $25 packs. On a big day the vault can buy bigger ones ($50, $100 or $250) so the rip show does not run for hours. The stream shows what each pack cost.
The price can move during the swap, so the pack count can end up a little off the estimate. Between the claim and the transfer to the vault, the pot reads low for a few minutes.
